Reach
Out For Christ is a Church
that reaches out to people locally and internationally. We may be a big
ministry with a big
vision, but at Reach Out For Christ, Gold Coast there is a small group
for everyone and we are interested in you … in introducing you to the
Lord Jesus Christ if you do not already know Him, in encouraging,
equipping and empowering you to reach your God-given potential and to
live the awesome life that God has planned for you!

Our Church,
Reach Out For Christ, Gold Coast was founded by Dr. Steve Ryder to
become the International Headquarters of Reach Out For Christ
International Ministries – worldwide!

Reach Out For
Christ International Ministries is a worldwide Christian Organisation
which was established by Dr. Steve Ryder in 1979, wherein it started
solely as an evangelical ministry. Steve Ryder’s gift as a Healing
Evangelist was soon recognized nationally and later internationally
which resulted in a great deal of television and media exposure, all to
the glory of God.

God gave Dr.
Ryder a vision to set up local churches, so that as well as looking
after the local church and equipping the saints for the work of the
ministry – the church could then become part of a global vision,
ministering throughout the world, wherever God’s Spirit leads. Whilst
keeping it’s evangelical emphasis, Reach Out For Christ established
three local churches in the early 1980’s which soon became part of the
global vision. Reach Out For Christ International Ministries now has a
global network of churches established worldwide with representation in
many different countries as well as a number of traveling ministries
that operate out of different nations.

Following the
New Testament pattern in the Bible, set by the Lord Jesus Christ (Mark
16:15-18), this ministry holds crusades throughout the world, where the
blind have seen, the deaf have heard, the lame have walked and lepers
have been healed. God has truly placed His hand upon The Ministry,
wherein we have conservatively seen hundreds of thousands of people make
decisions for salvation.

Although
evangelism remains the ‘heartbeat’ of Reach Out For Christ International
Ministries, Steve is also recognised as one of Australia’s most gifted
teachers, leaving people with a much clearer understanding of God’s
Word, a better knowledge of God’s principles and how to apply them.
Reach Out For Christ, Gold Coast has an ever expanding local church
vision to reach the community – from Crèche, Children’s Church, Youth
Group, 20’s and 30’s, 40’s and 50’s, Women’s Ministry, Social Activities
and Counselling for all needs. This church teaches the uncompromised
Word of God as the solid foundation for the Christian life, with signs
and wonders following.

Steve
received a Doctorate of Ministry Degree from the School of Bible
Theology in San Jacinto, Los Angeles, California USA in 1992.
He has also authored a number of books including ‘Healing Ways of
God’ and ‘Wars and Rumours of Wars’ (End Times) and has at times
been seen throughout Australia on television.
