Women of the
Word

Women are
special, beautiful and unique! As women of God, we each have a
God-given destiny. Whether you are a wife, a mother, a daughter or
a grandmother … whatever your role is in life, God's Word teaches
principles for successfully living as a godly woman in today's
world. The Women's ministry at Reach Out for Christ caters to women
of all ages, helping them to realise the joy of womanhood!

At the monthly
Women of the Word meetings, the ladies come together for Praise and
Worship, an encouraging Word from Karen Ryder and a light lunch
afterwards. Karen is the wife of Dr. Steve Ryder and mother of four
boys. She has her own special ministry to equip women for
leadership in their day to day life. You will be encouraged, learn
more of who you are in Christ and hear the Word of God expounded in
an inspirational way!

The Annual
Women of the Word
Convention (WOW) is an opportunity for that all
important 'girl time.' Get away for a weekend, be refreshed,
inspired and pampered! We choose a lovely destination, such as the
5 Star Gold Coast International Hotel and invite a guest speaker to
share the life-changing Word of God!

Our Young Mums'
group meets once a week. If you are a young mum and want to meet
other mums and get out and enjoy life and motherhood, then you will
love being a part of the Young Mums' group.

deceitful and beauty is passing, but a woman who fears the Lord, she
shall be praised.”
(Proverbs 31:30). The world tells us one thing about beauty, but
God says that beauty is something much more. We believe that as you
seek your Maker, you will discover just how beautiful you are and
you will know the destiny, the hope and the joy that you have as a
Woman of God!
